F2F Presidents Meeting & 11th Young BPW Symposium in Rome 2024

Venue location: NH Vittorio Venetto Hotel, Corso d’Italia, 1, 00198 Roma RM, Italy.
Discounted hotel booking have expired as of 25th January 2024. We highly recommend that you book your hotel room indidivually as soon as possible as prices have increased in the last few weeks.
There is an alternative accommodation option available for Young BPW members and participants with limited budget (EUR 40-65 per person per night). The full program and agenda of the Young BPW Symposium will be distributed soon.

Highlights:

- 2 separate bathrooms in the apartment with fully equipped kitchen
- Hotel room has a private bathroom with shower
The assignments of the Rooms will be finalised by 4th March 2024 and need to be paid by 11th March 2024. You have to reserve all three nights (even if you stay only two). We have reserved an entire apartment with shared beds, which will be filled as a first priority. Economy Double Rooms will be filled based on availability. We will try our best to have the rooms assigned according to your preference and the represented Young BPW delegation and countries.

This year, the Executive Council of BPW Europe has organised a special program to the formal events with the help of FIDAPA BPW on Friday March 22nd 2024 – a full day event open to all members and guests of BPW to participate! The event will consist of visits and talks related to women empowerment topics in Italy. At present the proposed itinerary is as follows:

- Arrival of the Presidents, Delegates, Young members and participants already registered.

- 16.00 visit to the Senate
