Dear BPW Europe Presidents 24^th March 2004

We are proud to invite you to the BPW Europe Regional Meeting which will
take place on 30th September to 3rd October 2004 in Berlin, Germany.

The Farewell Party will take place in the evening on the 3rd October 2004.
We are delighted to bring you this exciting and stimulating programme that,
we hope, will fulfill all of your requirements in your role as a President of
a BPW Federation or Associated Club.

The theme of the Meeting will be “Women Shaping the New Europe”.
Dr. Antoinette Rüegg, BPW International President, will lead the Seminar “Empowering BPW”.
The workshops will be on the following topics: -

· Equal Rights and Leadership

· Multicultural Aspects of Business

· Mentoring, Networking and Coaching

We have organised both open and closed sessions for the Presidents’ Meeting which will enable you to share your experiences, and discuss your proposals
and ideas in full. However, you will also have plenty of opportunities to
enjoy the delights of the beautiful city of Berlin.

For accompanying members, additional excursions and social events will
be on offer. Separate mails with the registration fee and details
of the social events programme will be sent out in the next few days.

We would appreciate it if you would distribute these documents and promote
the meeting as widely as possible in your country so that we can ensure this

is the most successful and well attended Regional Meeting ever!
