IDP NEW project available in BPW Europe!		BPW USA developed the IDP Leadership training in the 60's. The IDP (Individual Development Program) is a program developed particularly for women, in order to prepare them for leadership positions. The program was permanently advanced and adapted on current conditions. The program supports women to achieve their personal and professional goals and to enhance their skills. The basics for the most important abilities woman need for a leading position are provided in a 2 days seminar. Practical exercises are important elements of the training. Contents of the seminar are: Understanding peers and employees behavioural styles —managing for improved performance. Reviewing behavioural styles and learning to recruit the right person for the right program/task. Learn how to create presentations Learn to give oral presentations Networking—A Skill for Life Interviewing tips and techniques Negotiating skills for the workplace and beyond Developing leadership qualities that will help you rise to the top! Parliamentary rules and process Business etiquette Understand your advocacy role in your business and community. Develop media relationships for your business or organization Develop your personal goals. Target group: Women, who aim at their next career step and a leading position.
